Yeah to breakfast today! Will be having Belgian waffles. I started the recipe last night and will finish this morning. I use Ina Gaten's overnight Belgian waffle recipe. It's the best. Makes the fluffiest waffles you'll ever eat!

I didn't have any kim chi, but I took some of the leftover rice pilaf, added ham chunks, onion, broccoli and garlic and crisped it in a skillet. Then added and easy-over egg. Scoop of salsa on the side.

and coffee, of course.

(a blend of Cheddar, Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses and a secret blend of Mexican seasonings).

Exquisite.

I didn't have any kefir, so I took buttermilk and whirled it around in the blender with blueberries. Sliced apple, oat and honey granola topping. Candied walnut (just one!) and cashews on top. Drizzle of agave. Incredibly good.

Orange tea.

Warmed up a pumpkin bar in a little butter in the skillet.
