Related: About this forumAnyone have a good recipe for pickled garlic?
I love good pickled garlic. I havent had any luck with my recipe using vinegar, etc. I need a better recipe. I cheat and simmer raw garlic in pickle juice for about 5 min and then leave it in the refrig for about 2 -3 weeks before I eat it.

I usually just buy it - the middle eastern markets here sell it in huge jars for a very reasonable price.
