Toasted everything bagels with the works: cream cheese with garlic and chives, Nova Scotia lox, lettuce, Sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, capers and topped with coarsely ground pepper.

Bloody Marys with the works: celery, stuffed green olives, lemon and steamed shrimp.

Then I'll be ready for a nap!

Sugar free mini shredded wheat with a banana and low fat milk.

FLFC had some of his left over Steak-uum from last night. We were up in the wee hours and he had apple and temptations cat treats so he wasn't so hungry. He's now sound asleep with TJ who is home from the night shift at the medical center.

I'm considering making a rare (for me) second pot of coffee. Two mugs didn't seem to be enough today.
