I have a bagel defrosting and when it's ready, I'm going to put cream cheese on it. Then thinly sliced cucumber, red onion, and a slice of tomato. Four or five basil leaves from my indoor basil farm. Salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Yum!
