Crackers with goat cheese, cucumbers, red onion, a little tomato sauce, and drizzled olive oil.

Stuffed cabbage rolls with tomato sauce. Ground beef/rice filling.

I boiled some eggs this morning while makin breakfast-for Scotch eggs. I think I am making them later. But I cracked open a beer at 2 so maybe tomorrow. 🤔

They go so well with beer tho. Better sip my next one and get started!

There’s periogies in the freezer. Will probably have those fried in butter and garlic to go with.

Mr. Retrograde is making the crust now so it will have several hours to rise. Haven't decided what to put on it yet - I have some kalamata olives and an Anaheim pepper, as well as the last two ripe jalapenos from the garden (which turned out sweet and mild).

Turkey broth base. Ground turkey, onion, carrot, bok choy and white beans. Seasoned with fresh ginger, cumin, tomato paste and lemon juice.

Quite tasty NYT recipe and healthy too!
