find one and keep them.

typically, the ones with craft skills don't have good business skills (i'm being generous -- i mean actually showing up when they say they're going to show up) and the ones with good business skills don't have good craft skills.

if you find one with both, put them on speed dial and *do not* share them with your friends, it will only make them busy when you need them.

At the five year mark I had to stop advertising because I had no time to answer new customer calls. I had heard ,yer clients all come to you through word of mouth sooner or later. However building a business at the start ,that seems impossible. At year four I couldn't answer a single call from add responses and at year five I stopped running adds. You might have better luck by asking around ,friends ,neighbors and people you know in the work place , do you know of any reliable, fair priced independent contractors/remodel specialist.

The bottom line Shred is what you are asking for is always in high demand, I always had several clients on a waiting list. They waited because they knew through word of mouth ,when I get there,I'll stay there until the job is done.
