I've never posted here before, so forgive the intrusion, but if there are any woodworkers about, you might find this of interest.
I'm a frustrated woodworker myself! I rent the home I live in and have yet to be able to set up a shop of any kind, even though I have the means these days and the space!
Anyway, some of you might enjoy watching this guy go through this method and end with a beautiful finished product;

Long sleeves, reaching over a RUNNING saw blade, gloves while using the table saw, to name a few.
My Junior High shop teacher had one complete finger left, and it was scarred rather badly.
YOU DON'T MESS AROUND WITH THE SAFETY PROCEDURES.
I was cringing more than a few times.
