It's a Harbin pear, developed for extreme cold conditions, produces small, hard, inedible pears but it blooms beautifully in the spring.

Here's a photo of it that I took on April 17, 2017! It actually looks even thicker this year but it's 3-1/2 weeks late. Or maybe 2017 was early?

4. I have two that need to blossom at the same time

for cross pollination purposes. One went first and has a couple of pears on it but the one that went last doesn’t have any. They are both a variety of sand pears. Hard but flavorful. They are great for canning or baking.
