Wanting to start tomatos from seed this year

We live in Upper Michigan, zone 4, and are seeking advice for which tomato may do best here, produces a tomato which is uniform in size and easy to blanch as we expect to can most of the produce. And also want a plant that is determinate.

Unfortunately I have no advice but I'm very interested in the prospect of growing tomatoes from seeds. Please keep us updated

The ex cancelled her doctor's appointment so I used a little of the money reserved to buy gas for the 4 hour round trip to buy "Epic Tomatoes" and down load it to my Amazon Fire tablet.
