Looking for the best place to shop flower seeds

Looking for a good and reliable seed dealer for flowers such as, Rose Campion, Lambs Ears, Foxglove, Columbine, etc. I planted all last year, and none came up (don't EVER buy seeds off eBay!) Even the plain old daisy seeds didn't come up.

Any interest in starting a seed exchange here?

4. we do Jung's in WI. even the free carrots did ok. and they had been in the fridge a year or 2.

I get all my vege seeds from Baker/Rare Seeds. Almost always have good luck.
