How many leeks do two people need?

I planted out 108 leek starts yesterday before it started really raining. I still have 36 more to plant.

Maybe that’s too many? Those seeds are so small- I always feel like there are barely enough in a 4” pot until I have to plant them out.

1. Depends on how much you love leeks! Potato Leek Soup uses 4 large ones (the way I make it)

You will probably use them gradually once they get to usable size. Sounds like a nice problem to have!

You'll use 'em! Not sure where you are, but they overwinter here in NJ.
