Please e mail info@leavenopawsbehind.com if you can help! Mr beagle, is at the Baldwin Park shelter and he has some serious skin issues. He is a senior probably between 10-12 and he's missing fur on his lower half which appears to be pretty irritated and sore. His rear/tail area looks extended out (see photo in album) and the base of his tail could either have a fat pack or possible mass around it or something else entirely going on.
