I have a problem kittens, please help

I noticed the other day, the Chihuahua next door kept barking and barking at something on his fence. When he finally gave up, I saw it was 2 small kittens who are probably feral. There are a lot of bushes where they're at, and I'm afraid they may be caught in them. The little shit dog keeps barking in that corner of the yard. I live in Reedley which is close to Fresno. Does anyone here know who I can call besides animal control who won't help me. Thanks.

I knew I could find help here. I just e-mailed them and gave them my info. I hope it's not too late with this heat. If I could get to them, I would do it. But there are tumbleweeds and such, and a snake bite is not something I would like. And we don't want more feral cats hanging around, only to have more babies by fall.

I went over to the neighbors yard. I didn't see the kittens, and they are not caught in the bushes. So if no one comes out, we will set a cage trap in one of their yards. We need to catch them before it's too late.
