fat cat is up a pound since the spring

that makes me happy! the soft food-only bit seems to be working, even if she's decided she doesn't like certain flavors (husband wondered wtf was going on with the sticky note on the fridge listing things like chicken and liver and turkey and cheese).

i used the new digital scale the husband acquired to figure it out. i should still get her back to the vet, but part of me doesn't know what new information the blood work is going to show. but as long as she's eating, i'm happy.

i was so upset when the vet told me this spring how little she weighed, so this is a relief.

Some times, there is nothing more the vet can do unless you have a major issue that needs medication. I am glad that fat cat is doing better.
