More that 50 dogs have lost their lives. It would have been even worse without the heroes who broke down fences to rescue as many as they could.
So sad.

It remains to be seen if he actually did it, and if he acted alone. Whoever it was, I think we are dealing with a sociopath, and they need to be caught quickly.
