I have an equal opportunity cat tormentor.

The cat on the bottom - the silver and black tabby keeps chasing and tormenting my maine coon kitten.

So what I did was buy a colar with a bell for my silver tabby. Though it doesn't stop the tormenting, it gives my maine coon ample warning she's coming after her.

...does not bode well for Silver Tabby as soon as she gets a bit more growth...

Just as a matter of curiousity...your cats all seem to have rounded body types.
Are they cuddly, hold-me-pet-me-adore-me kitties, or are they aloof?

Just an observation and hypothesis I'm checking out...

The round-build kitties tend to be more cuddlesome than the angular kitties.

LOVE little Cooney's floofy tail...she is going to be MAGNIFICENT!

My kitty was adopted for his sweet and cuddly disposition, and he was a very long, thin cat.

But....he is not so thin now, since he has to take steroids. But thin or "round", he is a lover.

Maybe what you notice is more like what I see. The more athletic, angular cats are often the roamers who don't much like being a house cat, and the round cats are those who love hanging out on your lap!

Daisy, the silver and black tabby (tormentor) only loves me and is very jealous. No one can touch her but myself and she is affectionate and like putty in my hands. They are the only ones who are brother and sister. Moo, the black and white cat is my roomates only cat and doesn't really mess with me unless he wants to eat. He loves Bridget (maine coon) and Bridget loves him - they sleep and play together all the time. Tiger will also play with the maine coon but is much more reserved. My vet told me not to worry as they will work it all out themselves.

and often just a little too mellow for their own good. The upside is that I never had one show up with an abscess, unlike the shorthair cats with worse dispositions.

I do think the problem will be self limiting once Coonie outgrows that silver tabby. Just arching her back and puffing out all that fur should do it. The tail alone will make it look like there are two angry cats there.
