American Eskimo breed. They're smaller, I believe, than Samoyeds. My brother has one - adorable but a barker (really high-pitched, annoying bark.)

Looks as if Spitz doggehs might have narrower muzzles, however.
That pup in the original post is adorable, beautiful and so happy looking!
