Our big girl (one of M's previous foster pups, folks) is still doing great - she's so sweet, minds us like a dream, loves hide and seek, has neighbor doggie friends she looked forward to seeing on her walks. She's changed our lives! Dogs are like that.

6. proud mama! I have a 14 week old Golden Ret pup and im so glad...

...puppyhood is short! I'm running out of weewee pads and my fingers are stubs from her chewing and nipping.

7. i am so sorry about the one lost pup.. my friend is a breeder and thats always the saddest..

...part....they have a small area where the wee ones who don't make it get their eternal rest.

Poor baby really never had a chance. That's why they have litters. If you can't accept that there will be losses, no matter what you do to try to prevent it, you can't help the rest of them/

She got picked up as a stray. I suspect that she escaped from a puppy mill because these pups look pure

Poor mama. At least she'll have a much better life now. You're awesome for committing to this--it's a big responsibility to take on.

Thank you for rescuing her and her babies. I would love to find a dog; our Golden died and it's hard to find puppies in Alaska.
