The kittens have just discovered that there Ferals in the backyard.

They like sitting in the open window wells and are horrified to see the ferals. The deep dangerous growls, first Pixie, then Dixie racing over for back up were startlingly intense for such little bodies.
I have Watch Cats😸😸

Just watch out for things like marking. If they feel threatened by ferals on their turf, you'll start to smell it.

I call it their tv screen.
Today the show seems to be about the lizards and butterflies just a few inches away in the flowerbed.
I hear teeth gnashing, growls and then frustrated meows.

They will get used to the outdoor cats.

I have 3 former ferals in my house and 7 actual ferals in the backyard. The Backyardigans are fed on the back porch, and I have french doors there, so for the indoor cats, it's like watching "kitty tv". They used to be afraid, now they love watching the "free range kittehs"!
