Thankfully my granddog, a black lab, is fixed.

I've seen 12 in a litter, and I've seen 3-4. It all depends.

Kidding, of course. It does give pause for thought. We look upon that image and feel wonder and tenderness. We see a human baby being fed in the same way and we are un-nerved or discomfited or conflicted.
