They are really active dogs and need to have a job, just like border Collies, or they will get into trouble. And boy will they! But if they are kept busy and have a job, even if it's minding your children or herding your cats or chickens, they are fine LOL They're great dogs though, and smart!

- can weigh no more than 30 lbs full grown (prefers 15)
- must have different colored eyes
- must be a male

Aussies are GREAT dogs. Smart, loyal, energetic and seem eager to please. What dog owner doesn't love their current dog more than any other they've had?

My wife. Her Aussie, Dixie, was and is still her favourite, although I will say our current Cairn (Ozzie, because Toto) is a close second.
