Question on pup after their neutered Duncan the golden retriever puppy

I am asking if anyone thinks I should call the vets and ask for medicine to keep Duncan pup calm. He was neutered yesterday I picked him up around 2:30 pm and by 5 pm he was wanting to play and wrestle with boog. Last night he was zooming around yard at 10 pm. I know you are supposed to keep them calm. So nothing is ripped open. Our other furry boys were down resting for a good day after they had theirs done years ago. As I post this he’s zooming through the kitchen as I have coffee he just took out a baby gate. Dogs one tough pup thank you in advance.

You don't really need to go too far. He probably needs some more mental stimulation and a chance to burn off excess energy. A walk on a leash is a great way to do that without a high risk of him ripping open any stitches. A nice half mile walk and I'm sure he'll be ready for a nap. Good luck!
