Sometimes it seems he just tolerates Shadow when she barks at him for no discernible reason. But on occasion we'll see some subtle teasing from KC which pushes the dog's buttons. She appears to play rough with him, but he gets in some solid jabs with his paws.

In this moment seen here I think KC was racing Shadow for the gate, because he can slip beneath it and she can't!

I appreciate your interest!

10. My sister had an old Ricoh film SLR. It was a great camera.

But digital is a whole new ballgame, so to speak. I have an Olympus digital camera and two lenses — a wide angle zoom (24-90mm) and a telephoto (80-300mm). I have the camera set to record 18 frames a second, but I don't know if it actually does; nonetheless, I keep my camera set to take continous images and just keep my finger on the shutter. In that manner I was able to freeze Shadow and KC in motion.

If you have any questions about upgrading just shoot me a PM. AndyS is another Olympus user with lots and lots of experience, if you might wish to contact him. But the choices are many: Nikon, Canon, Sony etc.

I have to say, niyad, over the years (35 or so) I've been taking pictures, my interest has gone up and gone down and lain dormant for a time. But learning (more or less) how to shoot digitally, and especially with this Olympus setup, has rekindled my passion for photography.

Thanks for "listening,"
Allan

and down. Have been in a down period for quite a while. Yet, at times I never went anywhere without my cameras. It feels like it may be time to start again.. The camera on my phone is cute, but. . .

but to take good photographs calls for a real camera. You may have taken some real good pictures having your cameras with you all the time. Might be nice to start again. And one of the very best things about digital cameras is you never use costly film. Just delete the images you don't like. That's nice.

I'm heading to bed. Hope to talk again soon.

20. For a long time, it seemed that all I took were pictures of fires. There were a lot of them.

Several times the captain or fire marshal would be "suggesting" (somewhat urgently) that I leave. Sometimes shot weddings as my gift to the bride and groom, even though I generally do not like people cluttering up my photographs.

Definitely time to start again. Thank you!

Glad that you slept well.
