7. I don't know that they do. My little guy is a rescue, and I think it is some sort of security

measure for him. He sort of bites down, and then licks. One of my previous kits would grab my hand between thumb and forefinger, and promptly go to sleep, holding on to me.

9. And I certainly need them! My little guy does not like me out of his sight for even a few minutes.

He really likes having me home all the time.
