1. At my house, cat hair is a condiment.

Cat hair is even worse than dog hair because it's finer and it floats around everywhere and gets into everything.

2. Yes cat hair is absolutely included in this concept.

My Lab has that oil in her fur because she’s a hunting dog and it’s supposed to insulate her from jumping into cold lakes. (In reality, all she hunts is food crumbs on the floor). But it sticks like glue to the furniture and woe to me if I wear anything made out of fleece. I end up looking like the Abominable Snowman by the end of the day.
