Othello's birthday/ adoption anniversary is coming up
He doesn't eat human food. Bast knows I've tried to get him to eat tasty human food.
He wouldn't eat cooked chicken, fish or beef or cheese. Won't eat bacon or pepperoni. Or mostly anything else.
The only thing he will eat is a tiny amount of ham and a tiny bit plain dried beef jerky.
And I do mean a teensy bit.
I don't know what to make his "birthday cake"out of.
Last year he didn't have a birthday cake he just had a can of cat food sprinkled liberally with treats and catnip around it and a candle stuck in it.
Didn't feel all that special.
Well this year I want to do something he would enjoy.
My plans so far include lots of extra playtime,cuddles galore.
Maybe a walk in the cat satchel outside if weather permits .
It's a reverse back pack like thing that has a seat in it for Othello to sit in and his harness connects at a few points on the inside. I can wear it with him in it for hours with no fatigue because the weight is distributed on my hips.
A little modification and my sewing skills made it escape proof.
If he's into it I'll pop him out of the bag awhile on his leash to sniff around in the spring air.
Maybe I'll walk him to the Starbux near me and let the baristas fawn over him and get him a little cup of whipped cream or frothed milk. He likes going to Starbux.
Maybe I'll put up crepe decorations he can reach.
And of course gifts.
Got him some cool toys and a fresh da bird toy.
I'll try to get pictures for y'all.
Othello hates cameras and I often get the pissy ears or he moves in the last moment.
Maybe I'll get lucky.
