? Does anyone else have family reunions in using the bathroom

With the furry kids this morning three dogs one kitten , I do enjoy the togetherness in life yet I’d be ok going it alone in some moments.

1. I try and keep my cat out of the bathroom. I like to have the little window open in there a lot,

and she can get up there and maybe get through the screen if she has enough time.

So since it's a forbidden place, when given the chance, she streaks in and flies right into the tub under the window. I've considered filling the tub and setting her up. I'd better have a tourniquet handy if I try that though.

2. We teach them this behavior

My house 4.5 years ago:

Yeah Uncle Ruckus! Ruckus does good potty!

While standing and watching him do good potty.



So now - he shows his love by watching me do good potty.

They are just showing you their love!

3. Oh yes, don't know what they are thinking?

My cats, especially Goldie Bear, would "nest" in my underwear. He would crawl between my ankles, do his little two spin recon, then plop down. Purr, OMG, he would sing. And drool and stick his tongue out. Weird cats..

4. They can't understand

Why you’d want to be in a room without them...mine will sit on my feet and ham it up for petting.

5. On occasion someone will wander in or push the door open.

"Watcha doing? Oh. Messing in the water bowl annex again. Why do you do that?"

6. My cats do this

I am in the habit of never closing the bathroom door, why discourage their affection. When my little granddaughter visits I usually give her a bath and one of our cats is always there, meowing and wanting attention. Don’t think he wants a bath.

7. i guess you didn't realize when you got fur people your days of going to the bathroom

were gone.....same as with toddlers they like to be close to you in some rooms of the house...aka bedrooms and bathrooms...lmao

8. Well, of course. We humans cannot do these things unsupervised. My little rescue has serious

separation anxiety, does not like me out of his sight.

10. Cats think they have to be in the bathroom when I am.

The dog doesn't like to come into the bathrooms because "shower"! He looks in, but won't come in the door, even when it's been months since he had a shower. He remembers the horrors.
