The ac vents were in the floor and they would lay on top of them then look all guilty when I yelled at them.

At night it drops to 65
So I can sleep.65 is around the best temperature for sleep.
It has changed my insomnia rarely bothers me anymore
I don't wake up multiple times a night throwing off the cover or sweating my ass off.
I totally dispise summer.
