I opened my eyes to see Madoc in full flight, totally airborne, a nano second before he, THUMP, landed on me.
In retrospect, I think it was a mistake to let him watch the live streamed safari with me. Those leopards and lions might be a bad influence.

(130,445 posts)When he was being interviewed, one of my cats reached up and swatted the screen right over his face. Then she jumped on the TV, and when he was onscreen again, she reached down and swatted at his image. Had never done such a thing before. Never did it again.

(25,955 posts)He loved the dolphins swimming (very realistic looking) and would bat at the screen forever, flippping and flopping playing with the dolphins. Problem was he'd get too wound up and start just flat out jumping at the screen, and of course he knocked it over. I hated to remove this great toy, but it was either a new monitor or the screensaver - they couldn't exist in the same house with playful Foggy.
