(935 posts)Just read an article in the Guardian today about cats and what they think. My new rescue, who has had deadly FIP, is now grooming with her new brother who has fallen head over heals with this new kitty after is litter-mate sister died. He was so morose and depressed. Now hes all perked up and loving the playing, chasing and wrassling. Pure joy.

If there's anything in this world that looks more blissed out than a sleeping cat, I have yet to encounter it.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
