Not a lot of the feral's food was eaten, today.

I did see Scooter, this morning, but the bowls are now located pretty much out of any line of site from inside. I put a little more kibble out and left what was still there.

So now I will worry. Because it's one of those things I'm REALLY good at doing.

Our experience feeding ferals is that they may disappear for days, even months, before returning. Despite the reliable food source you provide. You might not be the only one leaving food out. Good luck,

Skittish, Scooter and Mittens the Kitten have never missed a day. Spooky used to disappear for a while but she's become a regular.

There are quite a few paw tracks out there.

Just like us, they're probably all hunkered down keeping warm. They have a strong instinct for survival and won't let themselves starve.
