And it wasn't all that long ago. They're 7 months old so maybe another 5 months, or so, of growth to go.

The great thing, today, is that Gryff actually PLAYED with my brother. Before this, he'd kind of hang out in the vicinity but not actually interact.

Siwsan--this is my first post on DU.

Why? Because I've been a lurker for years. But, I'm a cat lady, and I so appreciate your posts. I'm out here in rural northern VA and have fed the ferals for many, many years. Thank you for all that you do. It's the little things that add up.
The pictures speak volumes to me. I know what it's like to enjoy the love of a "former feral". It's a victory for us.
And, I am a tree hugging hippie who resides in the rural, red portion of Loudoun County, VA. We're the minority but we won't go silently into the night.
Keep fighting the good fight.

I lurked for quite a while, too.

These sweet felines have been a sanity saver, throughout the pandemic. Even though I lost my Sophie and Morgan and 2 feral kittens (Spooky Jr and Tuxie) last year, Madoc and Gryff have filled that hole in my heart. And every step forward with the ferals is like a beautiful gift. Every day brings a new expectation of progress.

I'm so glad you enjoy my posts! I am loving sharing my adventure with my DU friends!

…and that doesn’t feel like enough.

If I weren’t married, I’d probably have at least 8.

I hope to see more of you mow that you have emerged from lurkdom.

The liquid was too low for him to reach, but that didn't stop him from trying.
