Another successful couple of rounds of big boys and kittens, today

I do try to get photos but they'd likely be a blur. The kittens are in constant motion! I will try again tomorrow.

For the most part Gryff and Madoc are still in the observation phase, although they will do a little chasing and the kittens have played with the big boy's tails. At one point, when Gryff was stretched out, two of the kittens tumbled onto him and he just let the whole thing play out.

BUT I've noticed that at about the hour mark the boys do start to do more chasing and swatting. It's a pretty gentle, claws free swat but the kittens are still so small that, at that point, I end the play date.

And every time, after the kittens are back in their room, both boys jump up on my lap.

Also found out that Bronwyn will likely be re-named 'Freya'. I like it.

Freyja is a Norse goddess who rides in a chariot drawn by cats.

She was an indoor/outdoor cat and the neighbors all saw her and knew her. One day one of my neighbors said "Your cat Fred is so pretty." I'm thinking...Fred??? Then I realized she thought I was saying Freyad when I called her!

Do I need to say that I lived in Texas twang country at the time?
