Related: About this forumI tried mixing some kitten food into the 'meaty bits' in Arthur's bowl. I was BUSTED!!
He did eat more than I anticipated but I had to make amends by putting the can of 'big boy' food down for him to finish sating his appetite.
I've seen him munching away on kibble a LOT.
The funny thing - my niece called, concerned, because she said Freya was barely eating. Just a few licks and nibbles. BUT she was drinking water and her behavior was as playful and active usual. Then, mid our conversation she fully tucked into a bowl of kibble.
I think these siblings are just messing with us.
She's arriving here on Friday MORNING, to spend the weekend so I'm getting more time with her than I'd expected. Maybe she'll eat some of that kitten food.

(26,281 posts)OK, I hope it isn't Covid but this is a gift, for me.
Arthur really seems to pretty much be back to his old self but I'd just worry and my BP would go up and I'd have to go through that whole blablabla again. Well, maybe not because she's a cat person. Oh, and only Scooter was out there for breakfast, this morning. That's VERY odd so that would just be additional stress when I don't need more stress that medical visits cause, in the first place.
My cat hating neighbor had trouble with the well and it's located not far from one of the overgrown trees where the ferals shelter. They've been cutting the trees back so I'm sure the ferals are stressed.
Maybe Tiger is 'cheating' on you with another kind hearted human.

My daughter has it for 2nd time this month. Fully vaxed & boosted & wears s KN 95 everywhere but they have infant in daycare. Thankfully, it's very mild this time. Terrifying stuff!
