Related: About this forumI'm in a lot of trouble with the boys, this morning. Explanation and a new Arthur pic.
I overslept!!! In my defense, I did wake up at 2:30. When I was still awake at 3, I turned on the television and hoped it would bore me to sleep. It worked. Too well. Even Scooter was jumping up at the side door, and I wasn't even LATE with the outdoor fur babies food!
Anyway, here's a new pic of Arthur, checking out the morning.
Oh, and I keep that Biden/Harris sign on the front enclosed porch to discourage any GQP campaign door knockers, while at the same time encouraging Democrats to knock.

(7,794 posts)Is a great idea.
I was mowing my lawn a few years back when a guy comes into the yard and waved me to shut off the mower. He wanted to know if I'd be voting for a candidate he was pushing. I asked if he was a Republican. He put on a big smile and says "why yes, of course". I told him no one on this property ever votes for those SOBs. His smile faded a bit as he backed away.
It would have been great to have a sign but slas, I had no sign.
after he answered your question as to whether or not he was a republican, I would have just turned the mower back on. Think that would have told him what your feelings were about maga republicans.

(7,794 posts)I've not needed to explain the etiquette since. The guy had marched himself into my lawn entreating me to stop what I was doing. Where I come from, that was rude.
