awaiting x-ray results but initially not optimistic. Everyone's sad. They're 200 miles away from me. (Glad other branch of family is nearby, but away for the weekend.)

We've been through a veterinary crisis in our home this weekend too. We know how stressful it can be. Our thoughts are with you.

I'm treating it as 'No news is good news.' Feeling bad for them, daughter + kids, ages 5 and 9.

13. Still haven't heard anything from family re: George, so just read this:

'“The most common gastrointestinal issues causing owners to seek veterinary care for their dogs are dietary indiscretion (eating of food that upsets their GI tract), ingestion of a foreign object, intestinal parasites, pancreatitis, and chronic inflammatory intestinal disease (caused by food allergies/intolerance . . .)' 14. JUST heard about George. PAIN was muscular, no pain now, but

George not eating now, and daughter doesn't know what's up.

Happy to think of him not in pain.
