The LA Times has obtained the LA Sheriff's secret Brady list of deputies with history of misconduct. LA Times also got video of a deputy pepper spraying a 73-year-old Army veteran. Deputy later filed a report saying the elderly man "began to advance on me." Later suspended for filing a false report.
