The solution to bad judicial decisions is better laws. If the constitution needs amending, amend it. The myth of "judge made law" is a pile of crap that the GOP uses to demonize the judiciary and the continuing progress in the law. But the judiciary is not the top of the pyramid, it's just a link in a cycle.

is no good if judges of all party affiliations ignore it. Ask the millions of Americans in divorce cases, probate cases, custody cases and criminal cases and more where the rule of law was disregarded by sleazy attorneys who climbed the ladder and became judges. Millions have been abused by judges from all political affiliations. Most are not nice people.
