SCOTUS summarily reverses in suit by TX inmate left naked for 6 days in cell covered in human waste

The unsigned opinion begins on page 14 of the orders list. https://supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders/110220zor_08m1.pdf

#SCOTUS summarily reverses in suit by TX inmate left naked for 6 days in cell covered in human waste; lower ct ruled that although health risk was “obvious,” prison officials could not be sued. #SCOTUS says "any reasonable officer should have realized" this violated Constitution.
