3. One could argue his original post was in bad taste, but he apologized and no way should he have been terminated.

4. The Texas State University prof who was fired is suing.

He was on his own time, away at a conference and trouble-makers posted the video and a pile-on began. He also wasn't given any due process as is specified in his contract.

He's got a very good case.
