Gay marriage opponents urge Supreme Court to uphold state bans

The U.S. Supreme Court should uphold state gay marriage bans in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee as an affirmation free speech, religious legal group argued Thursday in a brief filed ahead of next month's arguments in the landmark case.

Hopefully, the decision that comes down in June will make marriage equality the law of the land. But I won't hold my breath . I am afraid they will come down on the side of the states.
