Do not pass HB 2414 and SB 2387. Singling out transgender students, these bills would legalize bullying, stigmatizing, and humiliating transgender youth. And they would hurt all students in Tennessee by risking the money that funds our schools and making our schools less safe for everyone.

2. VICTORY

Update 4/18: WE DID IT! We stood with Henry Seaton, a transgender student in Tennessee's public school system, and transgender students and allies to convince this hateful anti-transgender bill's sponsor to withdraw the bill. This is an extraordinary victory that will slow the tide of anti-LGBT legislation threatening to sweep through the country.
