Some of us dont mind laying off as needed but when you have medical conditions or pain and dont use it on the job and can maintain professionalism theres no good reason to forbid it, this is damaging to the hiring pool and current employees. The 90 day abstention policy is already too steep for the more understanding groups.
Count me disgusted.
At least they have discretion to not care about that sabotage. I figure they can find a way around this line item objection on the bill passage at some point too or in a near future bill.

(949 posts)Right now these agencies already have hired people who previously used marijuana, but lied during the security check. Now they are just continuing the lies. If our enemies discover these lies, then the employees/agents become targets for foreign intelligence.
