why does his shotgun only have one choke screwed in? Is he really shooting at anything?

2. Only one extended choke in my O/U.

In my Beretta White Wing I have an extended Briley aftermarket choke tube in my top barrel. In my bottom barrel I have the factory (Beretta) choke tube which does not extend. When shooting singles trap I only use the top barrel.

I was surprised to see a military style muzzle brake on his O/U.
