Nice 1.5 minute bloomie organization ad

Sounds good until they start talking about bans again. Always nice to quote the farthest right nut-jobs out there.

I like these quotes....

4) "Well, you know, my shotgun will do better for you than your AR-15, because you want to keep someone away from your house, just fire the shotgun through the door."

Vice President Joe Biden

7) "If you ban them in the future, the number of these high-capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won't be any more available."

Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colorado)

There is no reason why these assault magazines and that’s what they are we have to call them what they are assault magazine

Nancy Pelosi

”If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an out-right ban, picking up every one of them… ‘Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in,’ I would have done it.

Sen Feinstein

How is that NY SAFE act ban working. Would you care to comment on the ad?
I see you are up to 63%, great job!

Everyone (that's not an idiot) knows to not discharge your weapon unless you can see the target. Of course this person may have a glass door.

Hmm... Considering that all three major broadcast networks and two out of the three cable news channels have been airing the gun-control message relentlessly, one wonders what remains to be heard.

maybe most people already know what Bloomie wants and disagree when it comes to actually writing and voting for legislation.

We'll see if MSM is "fair & balanced" regarding some Other voices.

The Mayors Against Illegal Guns thing worked for a while, until mayors got voted out, many arrested, others figured out they were being conned and quit. The Moms Demand Action group is just a poor carbon copy of the original Million Mom March, which actually started as grass roots then faded, and is already faltering after only a year. A social media driven group is a piss poor substitute for millions of local voters that are malevolently well educated on the issues.

So now Bloomie is re-branding both of them as his latest big idea. The idea of calling this Grass Roots is pathetic and even major networks are already questioning it. Bloomberg's personal involvement and ego makes it even worse since his own favorable and unfavorable numbers are less than half the NRA numbers outside of the NE US.

My prediction, people like Shannon Watts and her ilk will pocket a lot of money, he'll spend a shitload of it against Dems he doesn't feel are anti gun enough and gun controllers here will applaud his "courage". As a result, we'll lose the Senate and they'll blame pro 2nd people for it, like they always do. Then they'll start the whole cycle again for 2016.

Funny how suddenly a "Billionaire spending unlimited money on political campaigns" is no problem when it's been denounced in GD for the last 3 weeks? You'd almost think there was some double standard or something with some people?
