Moron: Surviving intruder charged with felony murder in fatal home invasion

A 25-year-old man was charged with murder Friday for his alleged role in breaking into an apartment earlier this month in which two other intruders were shot and killed by an occupant.

Tymalk Quane Love, 25, was charged with first-degree murder in the commission of a crime, according to Tulsa County District Court records. Prosecutors allege Love, along with Kejuan Shields and Demario Harris, kicked in the front door early March 12 of a unit at the Suzanne Apartments in the 9900 block of East 12th Street.

Shields, 22, and Harris, 33, were fatally shot by an occupant of the apartment before Love fled through a bedroom window, police said. Several days later, Love turned himself in to authorities after being named a person of interest.

Police said the encounter began outside of the apartment as a disagreement, which prompted the occupants to retreat inside and lock the door. That is when police say the trio broke in and began attacking one of the occupants, with another occupant pulling a gun and shooting Shields and Harris.
