As of tomorrow, Bernie is in the race!

Sounds like an winner to me, esp. on guns. He has a somewhat mixed record, FOR mag restrictions, was FOR AWB in ' 94, and FOR UBC (as I). Looks good on other gun votes, preferring states handling regulation. Weigh in with your opinion.

UBC: at the state level
States rather than federal:

I see states as enforcers of law for actions occurring within the respective state.

He will say that the AWB ban was a bad idea, and won't happen again. Also probably want to reconsider his position on magazine restrictions.

Universal Background Checks...is a mixed bag for me it all would depend on the execution.
