To clear up some confusion about "Weapons of War"..

Seems like some posters, are very confused as to what a weapon of war is, confusing some semi-automatic "look alike" for the real thing. These three videos are real "weapons of war"... AND EVERY ONE OF THEM are freely owned by civilians in the US. None of gun control laws that is currently proposed would effect these "weapons of war" in the slightest.

The first video, is of a FULLY FUNCTIONAL P51 Mustang fighter, complete with 6 working 50 caliber machine guns.. Look close, those are NOT blanks it is shooting.. It is PRIVATELY, and FREELY owned.

The next is a fully functioning Hellcat Tank destroyer, with working 76mm gun.

There are many more examples of citizens owning real military weaponry, lets not confuse them with people owning semi automatic copies of modern military weaponry. That is laughable, in reality the only limits is how much disposable cash you have.

But I am afraid that this will fall on deaf ears, because seems like gun control proponents thrive on "disinformation"

are doctrine to gun control proponents. They don't want people to know there s a difference.

Assault weapons—just like armor-piercing bullets, machine guns, and plastic firearms—are a new topic. The weapons' menacing looks, coupled with the public's confusion over fully automatic machine guns versus semi-automatic assault weapons—anything that looks like a machine gun is assumed to be a machine gun—can only increase the chance of public support for restrictions on these weapons. In addition, few people can envision a practical use for these weapons.

2. Well, claiming that glocks have no "mechanical safety" seems questionable also.

Those things seem integral to their effort.
