He doesn't know or care if it works, as long as it makes him look like a hero in the papers.

This is the same guy that was messing around with his campaign manager's wife and when he got caught, didn't see anything wrong with it.

That gives you a feel for his moral center and principles, or lack thereof.

of shootings do control advocates really want stopped. Clearly, the answer is the schoolyard spectacular rather than the daily murmur of urban battlefields.

I have my doubts about I.D.s for ammo, as this is practical extension of a Constitutional right. But it may be constitutional if i.d.s are not piled onto by banners looking for an in.
