Texas Campus Carry

Has been permitted for a few days now. I haven't heard of any problems, just like I'm unaware of any problem caused by campus carry in other states. Am I missing anything?

Here's an update on the lawsuit filed by a few UT professors against the law. Not sure they have much of a case.

1. I thought all would be murdered by now

Blood in the streets. Mmm, were we not told the same would happen in Georgia?

2. Campus carry is not about the students.

Of the traditional students, only the oldest half of the senior class can get a concealed carry permit due to the age requirements.

If the colleges and public fear an armed staff, those staff members need to be fired.

3. Well, as you *well* know, Teddy........

........the basic nature of Texans is at extreme variance with that of residents of other states where campus carry is allowed. So it's only a matter of time before Wild West shootouts start occurring.

I think.
